The above graph serves as a guide for our Professional Fee for Full Scope of Service (Basic Services – Stages 0 to 6)

• Our fee is typically a Fixed Sum, based on a percentage of the latest available statistics on construction cost.
• For Partial Services (any one or some of the Stages), our fee will be a portion of the fee for Full Scope, commensurate with the Scope of Service.
• For Additional or Special Services, the fee may be a fixed sum or, if the Scope of Service is difficult to ascertain, we may charge an hourly rate.
